We are a seasoned custom homebuilding , design, development, and luxury real estate brokerage firm. The focus of our company is “bespoke” homes with unmistakable “architectural significance.”
For over 25 years, our company specializes in the design coordination, development and construction of distinctive custom built homes throughout South Florida. We are a principal-led, deliberately focused company. Every home receives direct involvement from J.P. DiMisa and the hands-on attention required to protect its design, construction standard, build quality, financial integrity and long-term value.

Founder and principal J.P. DiMisa is a Florida-licensed General Contractor (CGC1506977) and Realtor (SL3015896) with more than two decades of experience in South Florida’s luxury residential market.
As the qualifying state of Florida Certified General Contractor for every project bearing the company’s name, J.P. DiMisa remains directly involved and accountable for the work. His oversight extends from early conceptual planning, design development to the construction document stage. We align the architect’s vision, structural engineering, interior design and construction budget from the outset—continuously validating design decisions against real-world construction costs. This coordinated approach aligns architectural design, structural engineering, interior design and construction costs from the outset. By evaluating these disciplines collaboratively and in real time, we preserve the project’s design intent while eliminating unnecessary complexity and identifying opportunities to create value.
Cost and constructability are addressed as the design develops—not after the plans are complete. This avoids value engineering disruptions, redesign, pre-construction schedule delays and additional professional fees caused by having to revisit decisions..
